Episode 00--Denmark is my Knitting Home

I've been knitting and learning steadily since 1974.  I think I have some things to share with the knitting world out there.  I hope you join me in this podcasting journey.  Your feedback is welcome.

I've been thinking about producing a podcast ever since I started listening to them about 2 and a half years ago.  On May 26 a catalyst of some kind must have blown through here.  I knew it was time to start learning all I could about podcasting.

I enjoyed listening to your first episode! I was in Denmark in 1975 with our school choir. I remember being astonished seeing someone knitting during one of the high school classes we attended. We came from a strict high school so it was hard to believe that knitting was allowed in class! Back then what seemed even more amazing was that this same young woman smoked a pipe.

I'll have to see if I still have the address of the family I stayed with to see if I can look it up on google maps. I'm looking forward to listening to the rest of your podcasts.
