Nature Notes

Sarah observed that Black Capped Chickadees are neat eaters compared to other birds at the feeders. We note that the Red Wing blackbirds are back although Paula has not seen huge flocks in the woods as she has in other years.

Needle Notes

Sarah would like recommendations on your favorite sock class on Craftsy. Craftsy KAL Winter to Spring. She is knitting her first pair of socks and we talk about heels and cuffs.
Sarah is knitting Pendulum by Amy Miller with Sun Valley Fiber yarn.

Sarah watched Carol Feller’s Craftsy Class on short rows.

Bronwyn mentions the Fish Lips Kiss Heel by Sox Therapist.

Bronwyn is knitting socks with Opal “Smoky Eyes and Colored Lips. She is also crocheting an item from Fresh Stitches, a crochet yarn club by Stacy Trock. She showed us her Amish Puzzle Ball (crochet). Bronwyn’s Amish Puzzle Ball.
